LAB13 goes online
We have more details of the organisation for the online LAB13. The organising committee have arranged a professional studio in Arnhem, The Netherlands from which to present the symposium.
You can get an impression here https://kader.studio/.
The audio and visual facilities will be provided by Livestream Facilities, a Dutch company specialising in the production of professional multi-camera live streams for the corporate and entertainment industry. We will have access to the latest broadcast technologies to guarantee high quality presentation.
The symposium will be hosted on the Hopin platform (https://hopin.com/solutions/conferences-and-summits). It promises to be a highly interactive experience with the ability to interact with the speakers and session chairs. To encourage broader discussions, the poster presenters will be assigned their own virtual poster room where they can discuss their work with the other delegates during the poster sessions. In addition to the poster, they will be encouraged to make a short video presentation of their work. The posters will be available throughout the whole symposium.
